By accessing or using CreatorLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
User Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile and to keep it updated.
Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you post. By using CreatorLink, you grant us a license to display your public profile data to other users. You may not post illegal, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Platform Use
CreatorLink is a directory and collaboration platform for creators and brands. We do not guarantee specific collaboration outcomes, follower growth, or earnings. All agreements between creators and brands are their own responsibility.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed from the platform.
Limitation of Liability. CreatorLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CreatorLink operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
